Pumpkin & Fennel Achar

Description

Achar is the Hindi word for ‘pickle’, and this one is spicy sweet, with a tang of lime juice and a mustardy punch. Great with curries but also in a sausage sandwich.

Ingredients: pumpkin (69%), cider vinegar, fennel (13%), demerara sugar, lime juice & zest (6%), salt, red chillis, root ginger, rapeseed oil, garlic, black peppercorns, MUSTARD powder, fennel seeds, turmeric.
