Once your order has been received, we will contact you by email, text or phone within 24 hours to arrange free delivery of your jam.
Please note, we can ONLY deliver by bike within our local area. This means the North London postcode areas N15, N16, N17 and N22. Delivery to London addresses just outside these areas may be possible, but please contact us before placing your order to make sure we can deliver.
We will agree with you a mutually safe and convenient method of delivering your jam. This will usually be straight to your door, but we can leave it with a neighbour or in some other a safe place if this is preferable – just let us know.
We do not do any postal deliveries at present. If you are outside our delivery area and would like to collect from us, please contact us before ordering to ensure this will be possible and agree a convenient time.
