Apple Cheese with cider & cracked black pepper

Description

A fantastic addition to your cheese board, this beautifully combines the sweet sharpness of apple with the spicy heat of black pepper. A delicious accompaniment to strong cheeses such as mature farmhouse cheddar or vintage Gouda.

Ingredients: apple, sugar, cider (inc sulphites), black pepper, sea salt. Small amount of olive oil inside jar to help you turn out the cheese. Prepared with 90g apple per 100g. Total sugar content: 61g per 100g.
