Dark & Stormy Marmalade

Description

This Seville orange marmalade is inspired by the Bermudan 'Dark & Stormy' cocktail made with rum, ginger beer and lime. The oranges combine with caramelly sugars, dark rum, lime and fresh ginger to produce a punchy breakfast spread. Ingredients: organic Seville oranges, demerara sugar, granulated sugar, Bramley apples, limes, muscovado sugar, rum, root ginger. Prepared with 35g oranges, 9g limes, 4g rum and 3g ginger per 100g. Total sugar content: 59g per 100g.
