Fig & Earl Grey Jam

Description

This delectable, soft-set fig jam has a delicate bergamot flavour added by pouring tea into the mix, finished off with a hint of star anise.

Ingredients: figs, sugar, Bramley apples, lemon juice, Earl Grey tea, pectin powder (incl. dextrose, pectin), star anise. Prepared with 45g figs and 1g Earl Grey tea per 100g. Total sugar content: 53g per 100g.
