Description
Sliceable 'fruit cheese' made from fruit supplied by my prolific quince tree, this is a great companion to sharp cheese. It pairs very nicely with Manchego, but is also worth trying with Feta or goat's cheese.
Ingredients: quinces, sugar, lemon juice.
Prepared with 81g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 64g per 100g
