Quince Jam

Description

Made with quinces from my garden tree, this jam is a beautiful sunset pink colour and bursts with fruitiness. It is not overly sweet, which means you can properly experience the fresh and subtly floral flavour of quince. Give it a try!

Ingredients: quince, sugar, lemon juice & zest. Prepared with 65g quince per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g.
