Description
Inspired by Persian flavours, this beautifully pink, soft-set jam combines early spring forced rhubarb with a hint of rosewater and cardamom. Delicious stirred into yogurt. Ingredients: sugar, rhubarb, apple juice, lemon juice, rosewater, pectin powder (pectin, dextrose), cardamom. Prepared with 56g rhubarb, 1.5ml rosewater and < 1g cardamom per 100g. Total sugar content: 59g per 100g.
