Description
Be prepared for fireworks on the palate with this fiery jam! It has plenty of heat but this is nicely balanced with sweetness and fruity hints of lime and ginger. Great accompaniment to any savoury snack. Ingredients: sugar, red bell peppers, cider vinegar, sweet pointed peppers, Bramley apple, Scotch bonnet peppers, lime juice, root ginger, pectin powder (pectin, dextrose), sea salt. Prepared with 7g Scotch bonnets and 37g other peppers per 100g. Total sugar content: 60g per 100g.
