Scotch Bonnet Hot Chilli Jam

Description

Be prepared for fireworks on the palate with this fiery jam! It has plenty of heat but this is nicely balanced with sweetness and fruity hints of lime and ginger. Great accompaniment to any savoury snack.

Ingredients: sugar, red bell peppers, cider vinegar, sweet pointed peppers, Bramley apple, Scotch bonnet peppers, lime juice, root ginger, pectin powder (pectin, dextrose), salt. Prepared with 4.4g Scotch bonnets and 40g other peppers per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g.
