Description
Inspired by a recipe from River Cottage's Pam 'the Jam' Corbin, this is her take on the fiery Italian fruit preserve 'mostarda di Cremona'. It's a great accompaniment to hot or cold meats and oily fish – and fab in cheese sandwiches too!
Ingredients: soft-dried figs (inc potassium sorbate), orange juice, sugar, white wine vinegar, orange zest, MUSTARD powder, black MUSTARD seeds. Prepared with 45g figs, 39g orange and 3g MUSTARD per 100g.
