Description
A slightly soft-set, summery jam with a subtle elderflower aftertaste. Lovely on scones, or add a dollop to Greek yogurt for a breakfast treat with your muesli.
Ingredients: sugar, rhubarb, lemon juice, elderflowers, lemon zest.
Prepared with 59g of rhubarb and 4g of elderflowers per 100g. Total sugar content: 57g per 100g.
