A classic jam, this – the sharpness of rhubarb pairs well with tiny pieces of crystallised ginger. Great on scones.
Ingredients: sugar, rhubarb, crystallised ginger, lemon juice, root ginger, pectin powder (pectin, dextrose), lemon zest. Prepared with 53g of rhubarb and 4g of ginger per 100g. Total sugar content: 55g per 100g.
