Description
A delicate, soft-set preserve – the sharpness of rhubarb pairs well with tiny pieces of crystallised ginger. Great on scones.
Ingredients: rhubarb, sugar, crystallised ginger, lemon juice, root ginger, pectin powder (pectin, dextrose), lemon zest.
Prepared with 56g rhubarb and 4g ginger per 100g. Total sugar content: 56g per 100g.

This is my favourite. The ginger gives it a punchy flavour. Not overly sweet. Yummy on toast

Absolutely delicious jam. I just had it with rye bread as a late night snack and it was heavenly. Can’t wait to have more for breakfast 🙂
