Toffee Apple Jam (with a splash of rum)

Description

Did you love toffee apples as a kid? This jam is a very grown up toffee apple in a jar – a very 'appley' taste enhanced with caramelised sugar, vanilla bean extract and a splash of dark rum! Great for breakfast on toast or stirred into yoghurt. Ingredients: Bramley apples, sugar, dark rum, lemon juice, vanilla extract. Prepared with 78g apple and 3ml rum per 100g. Total sugar content: 52g per 100g.
