Description
There are lots of wild plum trees on Tottenham Marshes bearing a heavy crop of small, round cherry plums. These range in colour from bright yellow to deep red and make a deliciously tart, golden jam.
Ingredients: wild plums, sugar, lemon juice. Prepared with 52g plums per 100g. Total sugar content: 65g per 100g.
