Wild Plum Jam

Description

There are lots of wild plum trees on Tottenham Marshes bearing a heavy crop of small, round cherry plums. These range in colour from bright yellow to deep red and make a deliciously tart, golden jam.

Ingredients: wild plums, sugar, lemon juice. Prepared with 65g plums per 100g. Total sugar content: 66g per 100g. MAY CONTAIN PLUM STONES (I tried very hard to get them all out before jamming but some may have escaped!)
