Description
This luxury jam has an intense, peachy flavour obtained by baking the fruit first and then infusing it in red vermouth overnight. Inspired by a delicious Kylee Newton recipe.
Ingredients: peaches, sugar, red vermouth, lemon juice, pectin powder (pectin, dextrose), star anise. Produced with 93g peaches and 6ml vermouth per 100g Total sugar content 45g per 100g.
