Negroni Marmalade

Description

A marmalade inspired by our favourite winter cocktail, made from organic blood oranges laced with gin, sweet vermouth and Campari. Ingredients: sugar, organic blood oranges, lemon juice, gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, sea salt, pectin powder (pectin, dextrose). Prepared with 41g blood oranges and 1.5ml each of gin, sweet vermouth and Campari per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g.
