Negroni Marmalade

Description

A marmalade inspired by our favourite winter cocktail, made from organic blood oranges laced with gin, sweet vermouth and Campari.

Ingredients: sugar, organic blood oranges, lemon juice, gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, sea salt. Prepared with 41g blood oranges and 1.5ml each of gin, sweet vermouth and Campari per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g.
