Orange, Lime & Chilli Marmalade

This'll wake you up! A beautifully multicoloured marmalade with a properly grown-up citrus flavour and a nice blast of heat at the end.
Ingredients: sugar, organic oranges and limes, water, lemon juice, red chillis. Prepared with 14g oranges, 14g limes and ½g chillis per 100g. Total sugar content: 59g per 100g.
