Not wanting to throw out those gin-soaked sloes from making sloe gin, I combined them with Bramley apples to produce a decadent jam – with an extra slug of sloe gin added at the end for good measure. Yummy!
Ingredients: sugar, gin-soaked sloes, Bramley apples, sloe gin (5%), lemon juice. Prepared with 57g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g.
